In the past, our technicians have been sending text messages to customers 30-60 minutes before arrival. While this has been a beneficial part of our service, we have found that managing these notifications has become increasingly challenging and costly as our company has expanded.
To ensure that we continue providing top-notch customer service while maintaining efficiency, we have decided to make the following change:
Starting 4/1/2023, our 30-60 minute arrival text notifications will no longer be a standard part of every appointment. However, we understand that some customers may still need these notifications, and we want to accommodate your preferences.
If you would like to receive a text message notification 30-60 minutes ahead of your technician's arrival, please follow these steps:
1. Look for your appointment confirmation email, which will be sent 24-48 hours before your scheduled service.
2. Reply to the email with a message indicating that you would like to receive a 30-60 minute text notification before the technician's arrival.
